Online Rituals via Courier – refund
In the event that the courier has been delivered and the process of puja has already commenced or is about to take place, the refund shall not be applicable

Our principle is Payment should be made only after completion of the puja & once you have received the photo & video proof of the puja
After making the payment, you are required to share a screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp/Contact provided
Payments can be made using Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, and other UPI Apps as may be convenient for you
Offline Puja Bookings Advance Booking
In case of cancelation on the same day of your supposed arrival, a refund will be granted, but 5% of the advance payment will be deducted as a cancelation charge
If you give us a notice of no show at least 1 day before the date of the ritual, we shall refund you the full payment made without any deductions
Puja Cancelation After Payment
In case you inform us a day prior or earlier that you will not be present for the puja and your booking needs to be cancelled, a full refund of 100% will be offered on your payments made either online or offline
Online Advance Payments
If your online initial payment was for courier and online rituals and you want to withdraw your services prior to the courier dispatch, then you are entitled to a refund of 100%
After the messenger has come into our possession or when the ritual begins, no refund of any kind will be possible
Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds for eligible transactions will also be made within a reasonable timeframe via the payment channel or UPI used for making the payment

Make certain that every cancelation request reaches us clearly either through WhatsApp or through our contact number
The eligible refund will solely depend on the time of cancellation request
