We operate as an intermediary for the booking and arrangement of the service Given that the nature of the services is religious and devotional, the fee for the service is treated and termed as dakshina and ritual arrangement contributions rather than a commercial transaction

Courier-Based Asthi Visarjan Services
For supporters who cannot travel to Varanasi, we have the facility to courier the ashes Asthi/Phool to be immersed on your behalf. In these circumstances
The ashes should be carefully packaged in a closed, leak-proof, and durable container
Any white paper should cover and include mentioning
Full name of the deceased
Gotra if applicable
The name and number of the sender
Chosen package or ritual type
We are not responsible for delays, damage or spillage during transit
The dates for ritual events would only be set after the arrival of the ashes
If the ashes are not packed properly and as such are unusable, we can request re-submission or may change times for the ritual based on feasibility

The cancellation Policy
only take effect if the ritual process has yet to begin
